Store policies


All items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of order except for my children's leggings, dresses & Burp Clothes/Swaddles.  All children leggings, dresses & Burp Cloths/Swaddles have a processing time of 2-4 weeks unless otherwise noted in the item description.  

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.  All shipping info is automatically applied to the shipping labels so please make sure your information is correct during checkout.

Babalus is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.

If an item is returned to Babalus for an incorrect address, i will gladly reship the item at the customers cost.  There will also be a $3.50 restocking fee applied to the order. 

If the package is marked as delivered by the post office, but you did not receive them they are your responsibility to locate.  I suggest contacting your local post office branch and provide them tracking information so they can assist you. Once the item is scanned in by USPS Babalus is no longer liable.

Babalus does not issue refunds on lost packages.

Altering an order:

If you have a discount code you will be using it must be entered during checkout.  I cannot apply the code after the order has been submitted.  

If you place multiple orders I cannot combine shipping afterwards, and all packages will be shipped separately.

International Orders:

Customers ordering from out of the United States are responsible for your countries sales tax and/or duties.  Shipping can take up to 8 weeks for all international orders.

Refunds or Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return (for store credit) your unworn and unwashed product as long as the tags are still attached, and it must be within 10 days of receiving your package FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Since all items are MADE TO ORDER I only accept returns for store credit.
